What Andrew is looking for…
Andrew is looking for a mentee who is driven and looking to take their career to the next level. He is excited to work with someone who loves to push the humorous absurdity in their books or weave lyrical language to bring authentic emotions to life, or better yet, both! (probably not in the same manuscript, though)
Andrew is looking for someone who knows who they want to be as a writer, and is willing to take advice and chances to elevate their work.
He is hoping to work with a mentee to revise multiple non rhyming, fiction manuscripts and build a submissions package that is ready for querying.
A Note from Andrew:
“I encourage you to be the most authentic version of yourself when applying to this program. Knowing you and your goals, your hopes and dreams is the best way for me to know if we are a fit. I want to do everything I can to help bring you to the next level and achieve your dreams.”
