More About Pasha Westbrook
Languages: English
Pasha Westbrook is the debut author of Braided Roots. A multiracial authoress and Chickasaw and Choctaw Freedmen descendant, she lives among the Arizona cacti with her husband and three beautiful boys.
When she’s not voraciously reading, writing, and homeschooling, you’ll find her reveling in nature as often as possible.
You can find Pasha online at:
Braided Roots by Pasha Westbrook & Madelyn Goodnight
Pasha’s strengths include…
Finding the story's heartbeat and helping it to rhythmically pulse in every line
Honing voice to unique perfection
Strong character development
Polishing to succinctness
Strengthening story structure
Creating emotional sway and connectivity to readers
What Pasha is looking for…
Pasha would love a mentee who truly pours their ENTIRE heart into their stories, full of emotional depth and authenticity. Someone who comes from an underprivileged or minority-related background who is willing to power through to make their dream of becoming an authoress/author come true.
Please be serious about your craft and desire to forge a path in traditional publishing.
A Note from Pasha:
“Pour your soul onto the page as if every word is a breath. Call upon your ancestors to speak through you like a vessel and your words will be a guiding light to those in troubled waters.”
